The economics

Sourced deals, without the commission that eats your margin.

Sourcing your own enterprise work means carrying a sales team — and a sales manager typically takes 15–30% of the profit on every deal. Mango cuts that out: deals arrive clean, clearly scoped, and priced to the current market, with an acceptance payment up front and overages paid at close. Equipment under $150 FMV is yours at no cost; for anything above, we ask you to bid at roughly 50–60% of market value — dignified margins on every job, no commissions, no client-management headaches.

The cheap, relationship-based acquisitions that used to pad provider margins are drying up. Regulated clients now expect certified documentation and a fair return on their retired assets — the informal deal is going away on its own. Mango is built for where the market is heading, not where it's been.
